The Devil Wears Target

Tomorrow is the big day. I've decided that I need to find some suitable diversions for a healthier habit than RS'ing --that's recreational shopping. I think I might be using those words a lot in the next few weeks so I'm starting my own acronym. It will soon be all the rage.
1. Get back into ice skating. By get back into I mean start again after a 25 year hiatus. I wasn't a very good skater at 9 and I'm sure as hell not a good skater at 34, as evidenced by the massive thigh bruise I got from my wipe out yesterday. Dude, my kids are better skaters than I am and they're only 3 and 4. But I guess they've only not been skating for a few years. It's been 2 1/2 decades for me. But anyway, the hope for the winter is that I will be better than or at least catch up to the skill level of my preshoolers. Dream big.
2. Adopt this strategy to downsize in our house: Seven Things Project -- read about it here: http://seven-things.blogspot.com/
The idea is to get rid of 7 things per week. Get rid of means recycle, donate, sell or throw away if necessary. This will certainly make Darren happier.
3. Drinking. Thanks for the idea Kate!
