Spending Goals

I just kicked out some spiffy Quicken reports to get an average of my RS spending for 2007 and they are posted at the side. I will update with my spending in these same categories for each month just so I can prove to myself how much money I've been flushing down the toilet. The categories that I used and abused (see? past tense!) were:

1. Other Household translation Target binges

2. Clothing Darren spends very little on himself clotheswise so this is me buying an
overbundance of clothes for myself and the kids.

3. Entertainment This is stuff like if we go out to movies, the bar, rent movies, etc...

4. Misc Who knows what this is. Non categorized stuff out of laziness.

The budget we set up is to get:

1. Other Household to : $150/month (my goal is to get it down to $0 for the next 11 months)

2. Clothing down to $50/month starting in April

3. Entertainment down to $125/month through March

4. Misc down to $50
